Leticia Pino
Executive Vice-President, Operations Officer
Leticia Pino, currently serves as the Executive Vice President & Operations Officer who brings over 20 years of experience from both international and domestic operations. She is responsible for the daily operations of the Bank. Lettie coordinates the Bank’s Information Technology Security, Internet Banking, Human Resources and other areas. Prior to joining Banesco she held similar positions with other South Florida Financial Institutions. Lettie was an integral part in the organization of Banesco.
Leticia earned a B.S. degree with a major in Professional Administration from Barry University (Magna Cum Laude) she has also obtained various Human Resource Management certifications from the University of Miami. She has resided in Miami, Florida for over 40 years.
