South Florida Business Centers will operate by appointment only

Effective Friday, March 20th until April 3rd, we will be transitioning our South Florida Business Centers’ operations to Drive-thru and by appointment only. Our intent is to ensure the safety and health of our employees and customers.  Puerto Rico Business Center will continue with normal operations.

Monday – Thursday: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm
Friday: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm

Appointments
Banesco USA Business Bankers, International Account Officers and Account Representatives will be available by appointment only, to assist you with any banking business needs that cannot be conducted via other channels.  This includes access to safe deposit boxes.

Unfortunately, fraudsters take advantage of events like these to trick individuals to release private information. This could be done via emails or texts, or copycat websites to get you to share valuable personal information. Below several tips that will keep you and your accounts safe.

  • Be cautious about opening attachments or clicking on links in emails.  Even your friend or family members’ accounts could be hacked. Files and links can contain malware that can weaken your computer’s security.
  • Do your own typing.  If you receive an email from a company or an organization you know containing a link or phone number, don’t click. Use your favorite search engine to look up the website or phone number yourself. Even though a link or phone number in an email may look accurate, scammers can hide its true destination.
  • Ensure the URL begins with HTTPS://.  Websites that begin with HTTP:// are insecure and pose a security risk to users.
  • Check the SSL Certificate for validity. Reputable companies will always secure their sites with security certificates.
